Frequently asked questions
Why isn't my current location showing?
Check that location services are enabled for Boreal in your device settings. You can also search for a location manually.
Why has my forecast changed?
Weather predictions update as new forecast data becomes available. Snowfall amounts and timing may change, particularly further in advance.
Why isn't weather information loading?
Check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, and try again. If the issue continues, please report it to the developer.
Can I check weather in other places?
Use the location search to view weather forecasts for other places.
Are forecasts guaranteed?
No. All forecasts are estimates and may change. For urgent weather warnings, consult your local official meteorological authority.
